Aline Flores is a Central American born in Honduras ,mother of two, Marketing and Finance major , MBA from INCAE , currently at law school. She is chairwoman and executive VP of Grupo Flores , Current president of the Honduras Chapter of the CEAL ( Consejo Empresarial de America Latina 2016-), She was president of the Honduran Business Council (Consejo Hondureño de La Empresa Privada, – COHEP 2012-2016) currently she is coordinating the Gender and inclusion Committee . She was president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tegucigalpa( 2009-2012), chairwoman of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce of Central America 2011-2012 ) chairwoman of the Federation de Entidades Privadas de Centroamerica , Panama y Republica Dominicana .
Socially, Aline is a member of FUNDAHRSE, a nonprofit organization for corporate social responsibility, chairwoman of the Honduran Junior Achievement Association, chairwoman of the Honduran Association of Automotive Distributors, director of the Honduran American Chamber of Commerce, and representative of Honduras at the First Meeting of Leadership for Social Cohesion in Latin America.
Awarded Business Entrepreneur of the Year by the Latin Chamber of Commerce of The United States ( CAMACOl 2008-2009. She was awarded the Golden “Hoja de Liquidambar” medal by the mayor of Tegucigalpa ( 2010) . She is a Fellow of the inaugural class of the Central America Leadership Initiative and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
